Computer Science and Mathematical Science students/graduates:
On
Saturday, April 24, Pennsylvania Phi, Penn State Harrisburg’s chapter of
Pi Mu Epsilon will be holding its spring induction ceremony. All eligible parties should plan on attending this event. The requirements for eligibility are: Undergraduate
students who have had at least two years of college mathematics including calculus,
and have completed their mathematical work with at least a 3.0 GPA. If there is some confusion regarding your eligibility,
please contact Dr. Richards the Chapter Advisor at ugu@psu.edu or 717-948-6081.
A
fee of $20.00 is required for life membership of Pi Mu Epsilon. Life membership includes a one-year subscription to the
Pi Mu Epsilon journal. The cost of a Pi Mu Epsilon
pin is $20.00. If you are interested in life membership,
a Pi Mu Epsilon pin, and attending the induction ceremony on April 26, 2003,
the cost will be $50.00. A buffet dinner will be served
prior to the induction ceremony. Guests are welcome
to attend; $10.00 will be charged for each guest attending the dinner/ceremony.
The event will take place in the Morrison Gallery of the new Penn State Library.

at mus19@psu.edu or by telephone at 948-6081. We need to get the names of all interested members to
the honor society so that certificates can be ordered. Payments
may be sent via mail or made at the door. Mail payments
